The Stronger we are as people, the stronger as a community, the more we can help empower others !Building a structure is correcting common muscular imbalances and setting a strong foundation to build upon. In this phase, we intend to bring balance to the body through mobilization, stabilization, and activation of the neuromuscular system.
Strength is our body's ability to overcome resistance. Life is about overcoming resistance.
It's not enough to just be strong. The Speed phase is about expressing that dynamically.
The Silence phase is how we balance the mind and body. While training is one piece of the puzzle, recovery, meditation, and other forms of active recovery are great ways to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
